Back lever (Hand position)

Pronated Grip:
  -easier position to maintain
  -allows rings to stay close to body
  -less strain on elbows

Supinated Grip:
   -prepares for higher level ring movements (planche, maltese, etc.)
   -much heavier strain elbows.  Only use if connective tissue is fully prepared
