Inverted Hang (Spotted)
1) Spotter takes wide stance. Stands close to athlete.
2) Guide partner through entire action
3) One hand shoulder, one hand hamstrings
4) Be ready to adjust partners weight in either direction
5) Ropes start in front of arms
6) Athlete completes pull up prior to tuck position.
7) Hands pronated throughout.
8) Descent is same pattern as ascent
