Ring Thing (Meat Hook)

Skill Level: Beginner

Meat Hook

1) Ropes in front of arms
2) Start in straddle inverted hang
3) With control, swing one leg to side into a deep pike compression
4) Keep post arm close to hips
5) Tension on the opposing ring
6) Legs fully locked out.  Toes pointed
7) Repeat action on other side
