Front Roll to Inverted Pull Ups (High Rings)

1) Start in full support
2) Lean forward through dip to initiate roll
3) Body in tuck position through roll
4) Rings/hands close to hips 
5) Complete roll in tuck inverted hang.  Initiate inverted pulls from this position.  Highest pull possible on each rep
