Front Roll (Tuck Turn Over Drill)

1) Neutral or slight fasle grip to start
2) Body stays in tuck position throughout
3) Pull and turn over must be in sync
4) As shoulders rise, lower body directs toward ground
5) Finish bottom dip position (eye line forward)
6) Return to start with control
