Inverted Tuck Pull Ups (Tempo)

1) Neutral grip
2) Inverted hang position in deep tuck
3) Palms facing forward to start and turn inward during pulling action
4) Pull as high as possible with each rep
5) Knees and feet together.  Eyes on knees
6) Pause at peak point of pull on each rep.  Slow tempo descent
