Ring Tuck Hold to One Leg Extension

1)Elbows locked
2)Eye line forward
3)Rings externally rotated.  Do not rest arms on straps
4)Knees/feet together and toes pointed.
5)Bring knees to horizontal and extend one leg to full lock out
6)Repeat with other leg
7)Keep shoulders in line with hips throughout
