Wrist Extension Control and Strength - Tripods

- Start in kneeling position, with hands shoulder width
- Place head 6-8" in front of hand alignment, forming triangle base
- Rock into small tripod position, making sure the majority of the weight is on the palms, not the head
- then slowly lower down to start
- Perform 5 reps, making sure no neck or head pain is felt
