Wrist Extension Control - Slow Bear Crawls

- Start in hands and knees position, with neutral spine position and slight chin tuck 
- Curl toes under in back, then raise knees off floor 2" 
- While keeping neutral spine, slowly crawl forward and backward actively trying to lift wrists/fingers up as much as possible 
- Perform 5 steps slowly forward, backward, sideways both directions
