1)Stacked position (hips over shoulders over hands).  Bend knees if needed.
2)Lower body down slowly into tripod position.
3)Elbows stay close to body.
4)Top of head touches ground (not forehead).
5)Aggressive push back to support.
6)Elbows locked and rings externally rotated at completion of movement.
