to Support (Russian Dips)

1)Eye line forward throughout
2)Elbow at 90 when upper arm 
is resting on bar
3)Roll to bottom of dip position
 before pressing up to support
4)Both shoulders work in unison 
on turn over
5)Return from support back to 
upper arm with control
