4 Position Holds

1) Elbows always locked when
 in contact with the ground
2) Create as much space 
between ground and hips at all 
times
3) When both hands on ground, 
hands shoulder width apart
4) Neutral head position
 throughout
5) Feet on top of each other in 
side positions.  (Can be apart 
if needed for stability)
