Standard Push Ups

Skill Level: Beginner

STANDARD PUSH UP:
1) Work towards performing 
with feet together
2) Hands shoulder width apart 
(defined as middle finger to 
outside of shoulder)
3) Full body hollow body position 
and elbows locked when in plank
4) Elbows stay close to body 
when working through the 
movement
5) Chest touches the ground 
on each repetition
