Tempo seated bench transition drill

1.Set benches to accommodate absolute bottom dip position from seated
2.Move SLOWLY through transition while pressing hands into bench 
3.If benches are too high, sit on elevated surface
4.If benches are too low, elevate them or place flat object on top
