Overhead Mobility - Undergrip PVC Stretch with Elbows on Box

- Kneel in front of low box or bench, holding PVC in under grip  
- Place elbows on bench, then while keeping spine rounded rock the hips backwards 
- Once stretch is felt under arms, inhale and fully exhale 
- No pain should be felt
