Overhead Control and Strength - Plank Towel Crawls
- Start in plank position with towel under feet. Core and glutes should be braced and chin should be tucked
- Slowly crawl forward 5 steps, keeping alignment of core and spine, then slowly push backward to start 5 steps
- Can be regressed by putting knees on towel, or going up on hands with straight arms. Scale as needed for quality of motion
