Front Rack Mobility - Front Rack Lat and Teres Major Stretch
- Start standing at appropriately high barbell, with one elbow resting on top
- Using opposite hand, move the arm into a externally rotated shoulder position and bent elbow position. Be sure trunk is facing forward
- Holding this position, lean back until underarm stretch is felt
- Hold for 1-2 seconds allowing full breathing cycle, then return to start and repeat 5 times
