Muscle Up Control and Strength - Band Assisted Muscle Up Transition In Sitting
- Start by looping band through one ring, and bringing under body, and then looping hand through other end on opposite ring
- Sit in band loop, and assume seated position with good core position and false grip
- Use band to assist in transition, making sure to be fully engaged at bottom of dip with ring turnout and chin tuck
- Repeat 5 times for just muscle up transition, or move through full dip and back down
- Change band assistance as needed to progress
