Muscle up Control and Strength - Crab Towel Slides
- Start seated in pike position, with towel under heels
- Push up into full hip extended position, engaging core and glutes
- Push body forward, trying to not let hips drop or trunk to rotate excessively
- Once at the end of 5 steps, pull backward to return to start 5 steps
- Scale by bending knees in, or taking shorter steps
