Muscle Up Control and Strength - Feet Elevated Transition Drill

- Start with feet on box, hanging from low rings in muscle up position
- Slowly pull through transition and hold bottom of dip, keeping chest tall, chin tucked, rings turned out, and not allowing shoulder to roll forward
- Hold 3 seconds at bottom of dip, then move back through transition and return to start
