Muscle Up Control and Strength - Tall Kneeling Shoulder Extensions

- Start in tall kneeling position with core/glutes engaged, and foam roller upright in front of shoulder
- Move arm into bottom of dip position, making sure to not allow shoulder to roll forward and contact foam roller
- Slowly return to start position, perform 5 on each side trying to increase motion with each rep
