Muscle Up Mobility - Crab Walks

- Start seated with feet and shoulders hip width apart, hands should be turned back or to side based on comfort 
- Extend into crab position, keeping chin tucked and trying to fully open hips- From this position, slowly walk 3-5 steps backwards, then 3-5 steps back to starting position- Can also add lateral or turning movements
