Muscle Up Mobility - Hands Behind Back Scap Pinches

- Stand with hands behind body on lower back, core in good position and chin tucked to neutral 
- gently pinch the shoulder blades, in an effort to open the front of the chest and pull shoulders back
- Stretch should be felt in front of pec / chest area, no pain should be felt in shoulder
- Perform 5-10 reps
