- Sit with back close to wall, allowing for natural back curve, and PVC grip held in snatch grip
- Core should be engaged, chin tucked to neutral, and upright torso position
- Bring PVC overhead until close to the wall, slowly lower down to back rack position, and then slowly return to overhead position
- Perform 5 reps at slow tempo, no shoulder pain should be felt
