Shoulder Care Basics - Prone External Rotation at 90 Degrees Elevation
- Lie on stomach using box or bench
- Support head to neutral with pad or towel
- Row elbow up at 90 degrees of shoulder height to just before midline of body.
- Externally rotate the shoulder to 90 degree position,
- Slowly lower down to row position, and straighten arm to start
