Shoulder Care Basics - Prone H

- Lie on stomach using box or bench
- Support head to neutral with pad or towel - With thumb up towards ceiling, raise extended arm out to side just below trunk height into "T" position. Do not raise weight past midline of body or allow shoulder joint to slide forward and touch box 
- Hold 1 second, then slowly lower down to start position
- Perform sets of 8-10 reps on both sides with appropriate weight
