Squat Control and Strength - Duck Walks

- Assume a low squat position
- While trying to keep upright torso, slowly walk forward and backwards trying to lift toes
- Try to not let stance get too wide or toes rotate out too much 
- Perform passes of 5-10 steps, no pain should be felt
